Official · Commonwealth of The Bahamas
Trust eNotary · Embedded component

The official digital notary, inside the application that needs it.

When a transaction requires a notarial act, the host system opens a live notary room — a commissioned officer joins, the gateway verifies ID against face on camera, the oath is captured, the seal is applied, and the session is archived.

Live commissioned officer
Real Bahamian notaries, not a recording.
ID-against-face on camera
The same person on the call is the person on the document.
Journaled seal
Every act gets a permanent journal entry.
Recording archived
Sealed video kept under the gateway's audit chain.

What the notary sees vs. what the gateway captures.
The notary sees
Live video, the document, the signer's verified Trust ID, and a guided script.
The signer sees
The notary on camera, the document being read, and prompts for ID and signature.
The gateway captures
Identity match, liveness, oath audio, signature, seal, and timestamped video — all bound to one Trust Report.
The host system gets back
A sealed document and a Trust Report reference. Nothing else changes in their workflow.
